Digital products — all sales are final
Before You Yell and its bonuses are digital products (downloadable PDF files) delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you will receive immediate access to it.
Our promise: real help
Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything isn't working as it should, we will make it right:
- Didn't receive your download? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us and we'll resend your files right away.
- File won't open or is damaged? Contact us and we'll send you a working copy.
- Charged twice by mistake? Email us with your order number and we will refund the duplicate charge.
